Each tattoo design produced by Tashi is unique and personal to each individual client. Designs are not standardised or reproduced for multiple sales, nor are they used for any other purpose. The price of a tattoo design depends on its size and the time it takes the artist to develop, but even the smallest of designs can sometimes take as much thought and time to produce as a larger one. The minimum charge for a tattoo design, hand painted using Chinese ink, on high quality watercolour paper is £80 (80GBP). Once the design and price have been agreed between the client and the artist, the total cost can be easily deposited with PayPal. This establishes that Tashi will begin the art work, once the payment has cleared in the PayPal account (3-7 working days), a jpeg of the art work will be sent to the client for approval, then the original art work will be despatched to the client. If the client would only prefer to be emailed a jpeg image of the hand painted design, the charge will be less the cost of post and packaging. The finished artwork will often be larger in size than the intended design. This can be reduced accordingly when the design is transferred to the body, giving a clear and sharp definition of the design when inked to the skin.
